There is no such thing!!!
You can't pay money and become a star - if you could, more people would be doing it. Also, once you get agency representation it is HARD WORK to stay in the business with constant running around on appointments, going back to see the same person over and over again, and keeping yourself in shape and skin beautiful so that you will score a job.
Has anyone gotten representation lately? Would love to hear some more success stories!!

- I come from 20 years experience in the modeling industry from being an agent for FORD NY and NEW YORK MODELS for several years (in their high fashion divisions) to having experience as a former international high fashion FORD model myself. I have also been a casting director and an international photo shoot producer, as well as a personal model manager all based out of New York City. Most recently, I was an editor for 2 national fashion magazines: Cosmopolitan Magazine and MORE Magazine. I was the media spokesperson for MORE/Wilhelmina's nationwide model search in 2008, and I currently appear as a regular correspondent for Better TV which is nationally syndicated, and in national and local TV segments as a Lifestyle expert. Hi again Judy !!! Still hoping to land a job in this industry. So many things have been in the path since signing. :( But I am a believer in this age group and the marketing power it holds!! Kariza Chan, one of the ladies in our division was just chosen for Harpers Bazaar beauty at every age!!! So very proud of her!!! She is just as sweet as she is beautiful. I continue to hold on and hope the economy ( and some other road blocks ) in our division picks up!! I think women are tired of looking at teenagers and twenty year olds selling products for the older women!! Wishing you continued success in all that you do Judy!!! Mary-modeling is tough!! Either you get rejected a million times or there's not enough work...especially for women our age!! I also hope that we can start to be seen (and used) more by advertisers. It's slowly happening!!
And Kariza, she is amazing and I am SO happy for her as well!
Hang in there, keep sending your pics to other agencies as well-nothing wrong with that if you're not exclusive!! Go for it!!
